Hmmmm, thoughts about how this [MWPP] could be set up to accommodate clients with the greatest versitility across all the subwebs [each having its own separate admin!!

From admin side:  can be set up like romance sites.  when one person wants to contact another, they send an email that goes to admin [hopefully this can be automated?], which then sends to correct person.  If there is  added expense involved, we will [a] keep free of charge, short of where we must expend more than automated creations can cover, and [b] charge for services ["deluxe pkg" etc] beyond that point, where that becomes necessary.  Just like my original wHe.. was set up by Ian and Justin with 5 different admins, but still with the same repeatable package that theoretically can be used for as many subwebs as i want to create, we can [ i think??] utilize the very same database technology, but for each.  so what happens when someone wants this privilege to be available across more than one subweb?  

aha.  how's this?  in actuality, when someone signs up for this, they have total access to all the privileges across all subwebs, even the subwebs they pay for.  BUT:  whichever subweb they are in, at any moment, or they signed in from, there will be an identifier for that subweb -- a background color, a logo, or simply the submenu, indicating this.  Certain privileges come with the paid-for subwebs that would not be available outside those domains, however.  So let's say they signed into their Personal Page MWPP] on PDD or LLR, there would have to be a sign-in [and sign-up!] option on their MWPP page/s [maybe all such pages for everyone] that gives them the immediate option to sign in for another [usually paid membership-]subweb giving them access to the allotted privileges for it [DTCII, ESC, LAL Co-op].  Or, maybe, given their unique ident on wHe .. wherever they sign in any of the subwebs would automatically give them access to their MWPP across ALL the subwebs .. [???]
