Would there be any good reason to use or experiment with our own script as in "money" on wHeretwoworldsTouch??  Not exclusively, certainly, but as a facet of what could make this more readily available somehow to more people?  Or maybe something like the old "green stamps" idea that was used when I was a youngster through grocery stores?  You saved green stamps in booklets and eventually turned them in for the opportunity to choose among various household items offered like cookware or dishes or towels, etc.   

          But maybe in this case, it could be even more interesting.  For example, groups of people could pool their script / green stamps.  Also others could donate their script to still others.  Pooled script might be utilized for things like

• a new water purification system or parts for the scripting pool's community

• a chance to choose someone to represent their interests in a world forum on human rights

• the opportunity to send one of their children to school / college

• seeds and tools to grow independent crops for their families ..  

• or better:  to send people in a given community to learn the outstanding crop-growing methods from someone like Elisabet Sahtouris or Nicanor Perlas!

• legal support in a situation involving human rights or ecological issues

• food for a village or household that ordinarily is not available 

• the last $2000 on a tractor or even a tract of land if it could be used for that level of negotiation

          Sounds like this could become a quite complex thing in itself.  For example, rather than or in addition to the "dishes and towels and cookware" options through various companies, we might also incorporate a wish list and fulfilments list.  Or the other way around, an options list and people could apply their script toward these purposes.  Or / and there could be a bartering element involved in this that would indeed be global in scope that could be exciting to watch grow!

          Hmmm... probably mixing apples and grapefruits and parakeets here, but this is getting even more interesting than I first thought!
