I can see this as part of a job description:  We need one or more Ritual Mavens who are gifted at producing, even 'on the spot' various rituals, focusing meditations, healing circles for whatever we may be dealing with at the time.  We need this specifically for our staff!  This same person [or persons] could also have a similar "job" within the context of the public webs themselves.  Even applying this talent to choreographing all sorts of programs, conferences, etc., that we might create

Visualization together -- somehow connected with our ideas Hatchery for this Movement.  People can add to it, like putting something on an agenda, for our collective deliberation.  This can be ongoing.  For example anyone can access the list and generate their own "voter" page in which they check or assess [on a scale of 1-5, say] which ideas they want to see pursued and which not.  Their voter page is always available to them and can change any time, including add items.  They cannot take them off.  Staff would remove them or we could have an automatic system in place that for certain 'scores' held over time, they would be removed.  Or if they are inappropriate, such as someone's prank or whatever, we always reserve the right to remove any as staff under such conditions we deem necessary.  

People can also optionally give us more feedback about any of these.  Since the idea is to see these come true, people would also be encouraged to take more active roles in bringing these to manifestation.  So there is a kind of dialogue in place, or that potential, for any idea we may be working on.  people can search the visualization log for options based on criteria like "most popular" or by topic [key word search] or browse.

Healing Circle/s as a natural option to invoke anytime for our staff.

But also Healing Circle/s in some elaborate way as one of the things we do together via this web.  This could become pretty rich with complexity in terms of how we might create and nurture this.  It could include 

Dialogue -- in the way of David Bohm and William Isaacs!  BIG.  Pursue this as training as much as possible to be made available FREE, so that concept and skill becomes instilled into the Movement's culture.  

We would find every opportunity to cultivate this in our meetings and gatherings and sensitive conversations within every plausible context where this could contribute to the quality and outcome of what we are focused on.

The Great Experiment of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.  Not everyone is clearly spiritually oriented or inclined, and we must accept this as part of our culture.  But we must also accept that many are, and there are certain things that we can pursue together that cross all religious boundaries, such as for most, the idea of an original Creatrix, a Supreme Intelligence -- not "an entity" but a "Consciousness-Force" out of which all life was created.  To learn more about this see CONNECTING THE DOTS, REALIZING THE WHOLE:

Looking for What Our Greatest Teachers and Exemplars Have in Common 

[This is also on the DTCII -- I just want the whole conception to percolate through the general consciousness of all who come here, while this is finding its way to best manifest.]

Inner Sanctum -- a total environment insofar as this is possible on a webpage.  People can pick and assemble their own environment and change it instantly.  They would have a pallet of sorts from which to choose.  Once this is done, they click okay, and this takes them to a pre-page that would have a title like "Inner Sanctum," "Retreat," "Healing Sanctuary," "My Altar," "Journey to wholeness," "Prayer Pantry" [don't ask, it just popped up].

 Options could include 

• screensaver-like environments, both still or in motion

• spontaneous, flowing, self-creating [computer-generated] art -- such as fractals

• music / soundscapes

• symbols of all possible types that pertain to things spiritual, from Indigenous cultures, from all religions and cultures past and present and even futue-fun

• totem animals and birds, lighted candles and flames, flowers ...

• access to all sacred texts [at least one website offers these -- we could do links with their permission or work out some other arrangement]

• inspired writings, poetry, quotations -- can find on basis of search tool or browse a list of topics, topic categories, source categories = database

• exercises, meditations, for various intentions [meditation, healing, concentration / attention development, deep relaxation to a still-point focus, so many possibilities!]

• a timer you can set for how long you want to do this and options for how you want to be notified that your  time is up, such as the image changes or fades into black, various sounds, like a bell or chime or special music or a bird's song ..

We can, by invitation and consent, collaborate in other organizations' or people's projects, such as Lynne McT's Peace Intention Experiment, or make such intentions and links available on wHe .. [selectively; we always maintain the right as staff to not all what we do not feel is appropriate to our interests.  We also fully encourage feedback from our constituency about anything they see on our sites that they're concerned about of feel may be inappropriate.]
