THE ESC
'ONAMISSION' PROJECTS
Many times when people come back from their exceptional experiences, they
arrive with an intense sense of mission or vocation. They got it straight
from Spirit, by whatever name and in whatever form or nonform. And nothing
is more important to them than to fulfill their mission.
But that can be a truly daunting challenge sometimes, especially if they
find it difficult just to cope with the aftermath of such an experience within
other facets of their back-in-the-body lives, such as physical rehabilitative
needs or mental-emotional stress just from dealing with the everyday issues like
family and friends who find it mind-boggling to understand or even to want to
understand sometimes what is going on for loved ones who have had such
experiences [EHEs]. For many it feels that everything is in utter chaos.
Often they themselves need years and more than just time to get a grip on what
has happened and on the implications of such an experience within their personal
lives.
On top of everything else, as our lives run their physical course here,
there is the necessity for continuing to make ends meet, since few of us enjoy
the luxury of independent wealth. And all the time, though sometimes they
may surface later ideologically, there is this burning, ripping sense of
MISSION! Sometimes EHErs have been given this with explicit detail; they
know exactly what they are about, what their purpose is in this sense. But
they may not have any immediate sense of the nuts and bolts end of it. And
sometimes their ideas seem so outrageous, even to them, that they wonder if
there is anyone 'out there' who can possibly be interested in it enough to
support them if they themselves do not have the monetary or other means to bring
it into being.
Also EHErs tend to be much more vulnerable, it seems, to people who appear
to live for the opportunity to take advantage of others. They tend to
prefer extending their innate sense of trust [as in God, the Universe] to
everyone and everything that filters into their direct everyday awareness.
Much of the time, I think this works to great advantage, in that that kind of
energy attracts support, mutual respect and the kind of people who can
appreciate their EHE point of view and sense of mission. But many times
this is, sadly, not the case. I wonder why, don't you? Why do some
EHErs attract predators? This topic is worthy of its own forum and
whatever helps such EHErs regain a sense of perspective and direction that takes
them in a positive direction and away from the kinds of energetics that would
prey on them.
This is where we can come together to support and encourage each other as
EHErs and with such life missions. Perhaps our unified energies can
generate an even more powerful attractive force for aligning more and more of us
toward fulfilling these objectives.
