Imagine the whole human race as a
singular large-group
"project of transcendence"!
This is the Consciousness Movement about to discover itself which needs
the crucial support and guidance of AWARE global leadership that shares its
values and mission and is clearly equal to the challenge.
Ultimately, along with any paid staff, the members of the EHEer
Support Cooperative and the Death
Transcendent Cooperative Inquiry Initiative will carry the bulk
of the leadership responsibilities, probably in some natural,
inner-driven form. It will be 'very local' yet everywhere
apparent, because, again, it is sourced within the heart of knowing
commonly ascribed to the EHE aftereffects.
Imagine – with your
considerable, accustomed, collective Spirit-anchored
intentionality and integrity and your revolutionary wisdoms about
learning communities, scenario building, the power of Story, the
Inwardly-sourced art of Presencing and Dialoging and ETC! –
“yeasting” this actively Awakening global consciousness
Movement, in which there is an implicit, definitive
‘caring for the Other as self’, a natural
catholicity [“catholic”
– Dr. Scharmer – your dream!] and mutual regard for The Sacred
in all life. Saving our
world can’t just happen from the top-down.
As you know, it all happens first and last from the
Inside-Out, in every human heart; to be known, Rhea White insists
that MORE that it
means to be Human must be experienced.
And that experience is exactly what a large number of people in this
Consciousness Shift [this Movement about to become self-aware as an
organism] already has in
common. How will we
manifest that self-governing leadership without hierarchy [thinking
of VISA, of that WTO "Battle in Seattle," of the kind of natural and capable self-governing integrity
implicit in this Movement]?
Perhaps where
AtL / wHe most needs active leadership at this point: The
initial consciousness-raising that brings into being a global
receptivity, awareness and understanding of this consciousness Shift taking place and
an agreed-upon, made-explicit legitimacy of the Movement itself.
This is not of the 'us and them' ilk; it is a maturing potential
within every Human Being. Just as with any growth stage, each
one of us has our own unique learning / Awakening trajectory. Its
increasing manifestation is extant among our billions, but we do not yet as
a whole see this. [It
just struck me, kind of like the ‘quickening in the womb’ when
the consciousness of the baby-to-be takes hold of that aggregation
of fetal cells: we will,
AS ONE, know when that
moment occurs!] This is
tricky, however, because ultimately this legitimacy of connectivity
within this Shift has to come from within, even if that
feels like merely belief until experience catches up. This has
nothing to do with any outside
authority or a department
of licensure.
A second objective
that requires presencing and dialogue concerns an all-inclusive
conceptual model and languaging that helps people see themselves
within a continuum, so to speak, between fully
potentiated EHEs [meaning, having had a transformative impact on the
Experiencer] and specifically those who have had such experiences,
but who for various reasons have not known how to value them and let
themselves be changed by them. A prime example of this is a story
about a man
who had a full-blown NDE and years later still thought of it merely
as a memorable dream. How
does this become the acceptable universal understanding so that
everyone, without exception, will be enabled to see hirself from
within the shift, within this new way of being, including
those who assume themselves to be nonexperiencers? Although
I'm sure we will have a wealth of excellent educational strategies
in place, again much of this will, I believe, naturally unfold
through the Experiencers and even Empaths on the level of 'local'
and everyday. It is also being facilitated within the realms
of the Invisible and that kind of initiatory elegance. Maybe
we mostly need to just show up with a willingness to be Present as
good servants!
In
short, I can’t help but feel, heart and soul, that you will
find this to be worthy of your time, and future consideration as the
most delicious and rewarding challenge of your lives!
Thinking of that 15/85 Divide, what could this gigantic
groundswell consciousness Movement learn and accomplish together, with your
knowledge, influence, and intentionality to help us *together*
actively Awaken to our already apparent oneness?
Your conversation in Presence about our need to rediscover
our relational, purposeful place in the universe, including with and
within Nature resonates deeply for me, also. Biologist Christian
deQuincey
concurs, suggesting that what we
are talking about in terms of a consciousness goes all the way down.
This makes perfect sense of the countless and heart-skipping
Experiences people have encountered in Nature, like you experienced
with the whales in Baja, Dr. Jaworski, and like Mr. Emoto's research
suggests, Dr. Senge, with water crystals! Thinking of 'all the
way down' through creaturehood and plants and even rocks and
paramecia and quarks. Sometimes I wonder if Humanity is going to Wake Up
together, only to realize, irony of ironies, we were the very last
to know! Whadda thought!
One
last pondering -- the birthing of an au naturale democracy
consciousness:
This
is a cutting edge opportunity to combine two things that
were meant for each other. I'm thinking about what you
said, Dr. Flowers, about maybe we are in the barest beginnings of
discovering what Democracy truly is. And at the same
time, I am imagining "democracy" in the greatest
sense must be the natural law of the entire omniverse.
You could actually express this through the laws of the very
big [classical physics] and the laws of the very small
[quantum physics], based on these principles, for
starters: the Universe is conscious and absolutely
beneficent in nature. But it operates totally on laws
of energy, suggestive of things like chemical reactions,
observer-participant impact, nonlocal-nonlocal-nonlocal,
tipping points based on the absolute dynamic of a given
energetic. Seemingly good-bad-indifferent, the most
energy [pure, natural, unassailable democracy] always 'wins'.
AND:
As we wake up, there is a natural and sublime integrity that
comes with that! .. including an elegantly operative
'democratic' consciousness. SO!
... I'd say this is a great excuse to get rid of that
antiquated, troublesome electoral college! ;-D
Here
are all these people, perhaps our entire incarnate humanity,
Awakening to who they really are as beings of Eternity /
their natural beingness sourced in the Larger Life
Reality. But every person is not waking up at the same
time, so there's a continuum of those who know and naturally
live out of this [e.g., EHEers and intuiting EHE Empaths] --
and those who don't yet live there [from within the U,
within the New Consensus Reality / EHE Paradigm] and who
want to learn, to know more and who aspire toward this or
are at least not nay-sayers -- and those who are not yet
able to connect with the growing edge of this 'new' and
deeper reality for us.
