wonder?
A quick look at the Glossary
will give you the answer. Especially since we are only now
moving into this Shifting, and thus many of us are still at the
gah-gah-gurgle stage -- which, please note, is a stage removed
from "beyond words" -- it seems highly useful to me to
collect terms from many sources. This will become even
more fascinating when other languages with different nuances of
meaning start showing up. I think there is great value in
cultivating a wide appreciation and openness to our creative
struggles with words in order to communicate and to make sense of this
increasingly other-dimensional aspect of our shared lives.
In any case, crucial deference is given to
respect each
person's own experiential truth as hir Truth. We could
refer to this growing new Human consciousness within the context
of 'all
things EHE'. We could just as easily
speak of Presencing
and moving through or living from inside the 'U' [Otto
Scharmer and cohorts],
or invoke David
Spangler's concepts of Presence
and Selfing.
Each inwardly derived term is a gift of additional
insights!
As you are aware, Rhea
White's carefully developed languaging has taken precedence
within this project, and it is an "essential language"
to include. Some people, not all, will favor this
thoughtful terminology. It was developed to give
definition to this shift in worldview that Dr. White calls the Experiential
Paradigm [EP], and somewhat in her terms, what I call ‘all
things EHE’.
White felt it was important to create a coherent,
Experience-based terminology, and elegant as it is, still, the
point is not the languaging but the experiencing,
which she herself has said. Formal religious and
scientific interests, and particularly the elder, native peoples
and cultures of the world have much to contribute in this way.
All Experiencers are encouraged to come forward with
their own similarly Experience-derived terms.
I believe we are all enriched through building together
an extravagant world dictionary of inspired and creative ways of
speaking about this subject.
It’s like making a fine community stew.
We start out with all the raw stuff – some bring
veggies, others provide spices or herbs, the oil, the salting
and other flavoring agents and so forth. The magic is in their
simmering together in the universal agent of water over heat, as
we take turns stirring the pot, finding joy in each other's
company, wisdom, loving regard, and [Imagine!] our Exceptional
Experiences and how they have touched our lives.
Over time, all the contributions meld into an
irresistible, savory feast enjoyed by all.
So here, you will see an amazing array of ways to speak
it, which will grow even far richer as people from all over the
world become active in the ongoing meta-converse. This is
The Voice that is this communal, global Consciousness Shift
Movement, speaking from within the unity of all hearts as one,
in all languages old and new.
Inside-out,
not top-down
This largely internal and communal EHEerly process and
consciousness shift cannot be merely taught or given from
a top-down leadership agenda, no matter how
inspired the leadership. First and last, the basis for
the Shift "must be experienced and cannot be just thought
out" [White]. That means the definitive element
in Shifting is a process that comes from within -- from within
the heart, the core being.
I
believe this consciousness-shifting grassroots Movement, in
order to succeed, must develop, we could say, from the
inside-out, perhaps on some kind of natural consensus
basis. It cannot possibly achieve its great potential if
some presume to try to arbitrate its progress from the old-order
power-over leadership model of the past thousands of
years. The new way must reflect its natural unfoldment
from within, as it occurs on the individual level -- and is clearly heart sourced [not head-sourced],
and from the very ground of our being.
It happens from the inside out. Someone has an Exceptional
Experience, a triggering hiccup of an instant -- or in Mellen
Thomas Benedict's case, an hour and a half [near-death
experience]. The point is, over the course of one's life,
it's of short duration. If the process doesn't get
derailed into being merely a wowie experience, and the person is
left deeply questioning or troubled or in awe, there's hope it
will become something more. If it leads to the person's
reconsideration of hir whole life pattern and to a natural
shedding phase of assessing and reprioritizing all heshe knows,
all heshe has, all heshe does, such as for a living and
lifestyle, now we've got something of value. This is the
beginnings of the engagement of the EHE Process. If the
person doesn't drop the ball at this point, this process will
lead to living one's life out of a pure authenticity by which everything else that is very personal will be
measured. There is no going back, anymore than that
might be possible as, say, for a butterfly to move back into the
cocoon. It's just not going to happen. At this
point the person is living out of the acclaimed consciousness
shift, a new worldview.
JUST LIKE WITH FRACTALS ... As the pattern emerges from within the
individual, so must this inevitably reflect in numbers of people
who have this developmental pattern in common. Honoring
this, flowing with its unfolding essence, this Movement needs to
birth itself from the inside out, and peer-to-peer. It is a
horizontal Movement potentially available to the entire Human
species.
Therefore, this cannot be organized or instigated
or created from the dictates of a top-down agenda. That's
not to say leadership has no place here. It does!
But this is the rarest of situations in which pure democracy and
rule by consensus may be a natural form of self-governance for
this population already defined as "self-generative"
and "self-organizing."
Since EHEs are totally about individuation in one sense, the
discovery of what makes one unique as a self, it is also
simultaneously [both/and] about the SELF we all are, and in
either case there is no room for top-down dynamics, which could
be said to be absolutely inappropriate and unnatural in this
case. it does not flow with the fractal of EHE to EHE
process to consciousness shift to consciousness Movement.
There
are quite a few natural leaders born out of this developmental
pattern. But the natural style of leadership that takes
precedence here is that of blending with one another and leading
out from within, again, peer-to-peer.
Additionally, leadership needs the validation of those
they lead, and in this case a didactic approach can never be
more than superficial. For one thing, many leaders are not
Experiencers [EHEers], and many who are the would-be followers
are Experiencers. Experiencers as a whole, led from within
as they are by a singular Vision / Knowing, render the old
power-over type of leadership not only obsolete but a
handicap. Fortunately, there is a new cadre of people
revolutionizing leadership on the basis of this understanding
that our collective leadership power comes from within
potentially all people, not just a comparatively few, strong
charismatics.
In the opening paragraphs
of his book, Global
Mind Change,
Willis Harman states,
Throughout history, the really
fundamental changes in societies have come about not from
dictates of governments and the results of battles but through
vast numbers of people changing their minds -- sometimes only a
little bit. ...[In the last analysis] ... legitimacy comes
from the perceptions of people. People give legitimacy and
they can take it away. A challenge to legitimacy is
probably the most powerful force for change to be found in
history. To the empowering principle that the people
can withhold legitimacy, and thus change the
world, we now add another. By deliberately
changing the internal image of reality, people can
change the world."
And of course this
is exactly what's happening through this experiential new
worldview, a consequence of nonordinary, paranormal, or spiritual
triggering events that [admittedly an educated guess:] half the
people on this planet have had. But thus far,
comparatively few people realize their true value and
implications. This in large part
is a matter of peer-to-peer education, dialogue, and
community-building. This
phenomenon and its significance need to become common knowledge
on a global scale, and this must happen through community in
which people can share their inner Experiences and consequent
journeys into becoming more Human and all that comes with that
kind of conversation. Here is the heart of where we are
together discovering how we may co-creatively bring about the
wherewithal to meet our challenges now as a world family.

"Without
vision, the people perish."
I recently read a widely respected
newsletter that gave a devastating scenario about our current
financial crisis that invokes metaphorically an image of something on the
order of a mile-wide meteor about to strike the Earth with
no defenses or hope to change anything. This very sincere
writer has a gift for taking the reader into hir view so that it
lives within both. Hir desolate description was filled
with number-crunching data from all over the globe pointing to
this unprecedented disaster in the making, and it almost made me
physically ill. In the grip of this calamitous
image, it was hard to even imagine the
unfolding of future events in any other way.
Heshe admitted that hir remarks about what this portends are
speculative. Putting out this kind of imagery and
"speculative" judgement, and on a scale that has
influence on a lot of high-finance interests, is sheer naive
insanity. Because in the process, heshe is co-creating and
perpetrating the very thing we all want not to
happen!
We
could call this rational prediction, which is a very dangerous
business, especially on the scale of influence in which this
person operates, global business. The role of genuine prophecy is to serve as
warning, a signpost, hopefully with enough time and whatever it
takes to leverage another and more positive outcome. In this case, the signpost says,
"This way be Hell." It
is our ignorance that habitually comes back to gape at the
horrid what-if stuff and thereby creates it. I
wrote suggesting heshe would better serve all we hold dear by
offering up an equally viable POSITIVE scenario, indicating we
can choose. Datum for datum, there are to be found also
the most amazing and empowering, world-nurturing hotbeds of
inspired works and
change-overs that are the exact opposite of the projection this
person was exposing people to. In particular the Living the
Awakened Life Portal on wHe will demonstrate the living vision
and reality of the scenario I wish this person would write.
Vision
is born within the humble manger of the heart. To live, it
must be acknowledged, cherished, nurtured, and enacted.
NDEr
Dannion Brinkley has said,
Once we begin to really understand that we are not from Here,
we are from There, that we all chose to come Here and were
chosen to come Here, that we were somebody and something long
before we came Here, only then do we comprehend that we
are not poor, pitiful, stupid human beings. We are all great,
awesome, powerful and mighty spiritual beings!
We as a species are inherently guided and gifted with extraordinary
co-creative abilities and resources and natural connectivity
within other-dimensional realities, which something on the order
of half our billions have come to experience to some degree. The
"New World" is directly before us and we have Vision
and we have the power to choose.
David Spangler has remarked that our choice at this time is
either to fight the old or build the new. We can get
caught up in knee-jerk paroxysms of struggling for leverage in the old
worldview of power-over and all that, with its obvious lack of
stability to guide us, and thereby contribute to a disaster
scenario. Or we can take hold of this glorious new world before
us. First, we have to realize we do have a choice, and in
fact we are the co-creators of that which unfolds, hell or
otherwise.
Energy
flows where attention goes.
The whole world could use a loving dose of Esther
and Jerry Hicks'
Abraham [a "they," not a "he"], right now,
who teaches a process called "Pivoting," a constant
and even reflexive monitoring of our thoughts, feelings,
intentions toward what they describe as "Joyful
Becoming." Their point is that we are so easily
fixated on the negative, and we create totally out of our habits
of thought and feeling. We have to heroically wake up
every moment to overcome this. They suggest,
Whenever you feel negative emotion, recognize that your Guidance System from within is telling you
two very important things:

There is something you want! Otherwise you would be feeling no negative emotion.
-
You are not looking at what you want, but in the opposite direction!
Their
coaching strategy is sometimes strong and explicit:
IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU PIVOT FROM YOUR FEELING OF
LACK OR NEGATIVITY TO A FEELING OF HAVING OR POSITIVITY BEFORE THE ATTRACTION THAT YOU WANT BEGINS.
Imagine a tightrope walker on a wire that spans the dark chasm of a canyon.
Even before the moment heshe steps out on that gossamer
shining thread across 
the abyss, hir whole intention and attention
are on hir
goal -- that
pinpoint of a spot where it meets the far side. In hand heshe carries a balancing pole to assist,
but everything depends on where hir eyes are pinned. Where
hir eyes go, so goes hir body and life. Even a glimpse down into that
yawning void can spell disaster in the making, suicide. Even if
heshe becomes somewhat unbalanced, as long as hir gaze is
riveted on a rock-steady point out in front, the outcome is
fairly assured. It's a journey of one foot at a time until
the goal is achieved. It is Vision that takes hir there.

healing, wholeness making and the glorious realization of just

numbers on the planet. And that number grows!

life can once again flourish. During a near-death
experience, Mellen Thomas Benedict came to see that "What
we are doing is learning to hold hands, to come together. The
doors of Hell are open now. We are going to link up, hold hands,
and walk out of Hell together."
RE: World economics and this scale of global
community with a positive, inwardly derived Vision naturally
sourced in Experiential ONENESS and based Humanely
on what we have in common [as beings sourced in Eternity]
.. inspires the question, How can we help?
I most certainly believe we can. I fully believe we as
this global Consciousness-Shift Movement, as the "meek who
inherit," can turn the 'economy-stupid' fixation on its tin
ear -- if we can find the means to come together
effectively. If the top-down is about to crash, the
gravity of the situation suggests that it's from the grassroots
up that we must collectively and creatively and with loving
unity create something more workable and lasting.
Surely a major factor in the extremely convoluted equation of
the world economics challenge we are in the midst of is the
billions of people who consume products and services and
maintain jobs to produce products and services. Willis
Harman proposed above that "vast numbers of people changing their minds"
are the ones responsible for the "really fundamental
changes" in society. He also observed that "By
deliberately changing the internal image of reality, people can
change the world."
Imagine
vast numbers of us, living out of this unitive, heart-sourced,
experiential knowing of who we all are as beings sourced in
Eternity, coming together to realize our glorious commonality of
vision and understanding, working
in an efficient and self-organizing manner to co-create a
sustainable, even thriving global community. With

realizing this possibility, where we can bring this into being
with love and wisdom and amazing gifts of higher sensory
abilities and connectivity that is operatively vertical as well as
horizontal in the multidimensional context.
All we need at this point for this to unfold is the mutually
recognized and enjoined knowledge of ourselves as a
well-defined, unitive and self-generative global consciousness
Movement. We could call this a means toward collective
SELF discovery and co-creative genius that in any case will
result in the New World shining already in our midst, whether we
take the longer route of a trek back to hell or choose another
way. This global Consciousness Movement is a matchless,
essential alternative that must be given the greatest possible

A
global Movement: Unfolding a New Story of what it means to
be Human
We are on the way to discovering much more about the power of
collective, directed intentionality. We as Experiencers -- and from our core-most EHEers especially,
we are coming to understand this 'we' includes ultimately every
Human Being -- are becoming One Heart, gentle but
purpose-filled with a universal, loving intent to heal our
Humanity and heal our Planet.
We together, as Awakening Humanity, are creating a New Story,
not yet told. In an article entitled "Exceptional
Human Experiences: A
Brief Overview," Rhea
White made a most compelling, hopeful statement to this effect:
What we need is a story that will unite science and
spirituality, self and world. But first it must occur at the
individual level. ... Each of us needs a story that charges our
daily lives with meaning and puts us personally in touch with
the sacred. There are many books about writing or better yet,
living one's own story, one's own myth. But the myths of old
contained an element that is missing from most stories told
today, and that is a link with the sacred. Exceptional human
experiences
can serve as those links; they are those happenings in our lives
that can pull us out of boredom and disconnection into a world
of meaning and connection. We have to learn how to honor these
experiences and let them into our lives.
When a sufficient number of people do that, the larger story will emerge.
Exceptional human experiences catapult us into the new paradigm
[that collective Consciousness Shift]. We become a part of it and we discover
it is a part of us. We are no longer apart from it. The
scientific method cannot take us there. [[Nor can the
self-absorbed agendas of individuals, businesses and other vested
interests not attuned to this new, evolving Awareness.]] But once we ourselves
are there, and when we are willing to take the further leap of
sharing our experiences with others, we will not only be inside
the new view [the Shift] that is needed to join physical and spiritual, mind
and matter, body and mind, but we will be playing a significant
part in bringing it to birth. Once more, as in ages past, the
story of each human will be the story of humankind, and vice
versa. We and our times will be in step and will move forward as
one. Science [[as well as other non-attuned concerns with
objectives that do not honor the sacred in all life, will ultimately
recognize they]] can do nothing but follow, as it is right that it
should.
