Okay, I'll 'fess up here at the get-go: If my #1 dream opportunity
came along, it would look something like this:
A
highly accomplished, first-generation tech cherub [or a whole choir of
cherubs!] had a visit with God / Goddess / All That Is when heshe
was 5 years old and was one of the original research subjects on whom the
aftereffects were based.
Heshe probably got in very early on something like Microsoft stock, or hir
own ingenious, Spirit-sourced ideas have been an international sensation
for 20+ years, so money is never an issue. When heshe sees this project, there's this internal jolt
of delight and recognition that hir next vocational Adventure has
arrived! In fact intuitively, heshe has been anticipating it for sometime.
Heshe knows the tech, financial, and business worlds inside-out and
upside-down; enjoys an elaborate friendship and business network
around the world that presidents and ambassadors would envy; and totally connects with this
vocational vision that owns me!
After we agree this is the most exciting, wonderful thing on the planet
and we want to do this together, hir first official step in taking on this
task with me is to turn me over to hir best money manager, and web-wizz
team, including editors, programmers, PR folks, artists .. the whole 99
yards, and says, "Let's launch this rocket!" Within
virtually no time at all, a five-year budget of more than $1 billion is
finalized and we now have a full-time staff of about 1000 people, divided into more than a dozen subspecialty teams, each responsible for an aspect of the
web project.* We are not just 'employers and employees,' but a
living, passionately committed community gathering LIGHT as we go!
We together live out of that new
consensus reality! As the authors
of Presence: Human Purpose and the Field of the Future*
might say, we are living, thriving in the *U*! [Unfamiliar with
the *U*? See C.
Otto Scharmer's Theory U, or/and
read Presence.*]
And the rest,
as they say, is .. ahhh, hirstory!
Now that I've gotten that out of my system, .. I mean, who
knows! I do believe in the integrity and value of this work as a world
service, and in the cosmic forces that work with and through us, and that sooner or later, if I just hang in here, nothing less
than the very best opportunities will become the primary mutual attractors
and catalytic agents for this project. And so I wait, not only
with expectation but with anticipation, to meet my future collaborators
and to
move ahead in realizing all that wHeretwoworldsTouch can be.
However this may unfold, I
am particularly looking for the following characteristics and co-creative
support from would-be partners / angel backers:
|
|
A
passionate interest, even a calling, for the relevant subject
matter. A kind of intuitive or precognitive
'recognition' would definitely be a plus! This has
really got to be a major personal interest. It's a work
of the Heart -- Ya gotta love the Idea.
|
|
|
A clear sense of personal alignment with the overall views and direction
of the project.
|
|
|
Professionalism, commitment, and avidity to
see this succeed in all its possible glory.
|
|
|
A facile
and open mind as a co-adventurer and collaborator.
|
|
|
A clearly positive outlook on life,
unhampered by any
sort of negative [e.g.] doomsday-type focus.
|
|
|
Highly
relational ‘people’ person/s and excellent two-way
communicator/s and who foresee themselves involved as active
collaborators.
|
|
|
The
financial means, business acumen, and networking capabilities to develop this fully into all it can possibly
be. My
preference by far is that any/all partners are in it as a life
commitment because they deeply believe in its mission and its success.
|
|
|
Technical expertise and/or the means to
bring into play the necessary technical, administrative and other support to continue
the project's development and long-term sustainment. [By
the way, I have every confidence this web complex will succeed
outstandingly financially, if and as this global Consciousness
Shift thrives, as
has long been foreseen by so many EHEers. See Revenue
Streams Table.]
|
|
I actively, openly seek partnering
with ..
|
|
|
Those
whose own lives have been ‘made new’ by spiritually
transformative experience or experiences, although my final
decision cannot rest on this per se, since the implicit
understanding and regard of partners, etc. may instead be the
result of a deep empathy or intuition along these lines, shy of
actual remembered experience. The point is to what extent
one's lifeviews, goals, lifestyle, and values reflect the fairly
universal aftereffects
attributed to these events.

In
Our Beginning Is Our Future.
I intend to work with others [partners, developers, etc.] who, from the
beginning, from our first collaborative breath, already live from
'within the new paradigm,' the new
consensus reality.
As
Rhea White puts it,
When a sufficient number of people [undertake the writing of their EHE
autobiography and/or share their mutually validating Experiences with
each other in a safe and appropriate way], the larger story [our
cultural or world story, at least the human part of it] will emerge.
Exceptional human experiences catapult us into the new paradigm
[beyond our present disenchantment and lack of meaningful connection
with each other, with the world, and with the sacred]. We become a
part of it and we discover it is a part of us. We are no longer apart
from it. The scientific method cannot take us there. But once we
ourselves are there, ... we will not only be inside the new view that
is needed to join physical and spiritual, mind and matter, body and
mind, but we will be playing a significant part in bringing it to
birth.
We may live from within this Shifted worldview quite naturally, because it is who we
are or have become. But in this collaborative work we would be
conscious of this being the basis of the new culture we are
nurturing. And it's not new, but for most people by far the
consciousness raising at first will be that there is this huge
unacknowledged resource for almost incomprehensibly great good -- this
Movement itself -- which is the untold numbers of Experiencers and
EHE Empaths who have for the most part been living out of this
understanding in silence and isolation. With the Movement already
present throughout the world, we just need to "speak it" and
find ways to acknowledge this that will bring us together to discover
our unitive purpose and capabilities. Ahhh-TheLight.com and wHeretwoworldsTouch.com are providing a context, a constructive mirror
in which to see what we already are.
So we ourselves, those who provide such a mirror, must already be
living from / aspiring to live from this in creative and conscious common
acknowledgement together in order to best midwife the process of its
becoming known. We
will be setting the very spirit of all that follows. This is
the kind of mutually engaged process and adventure I want to live with
others who know this is what their passion is as well. A Movement
that is global would have a huge karmic footprint, an incalculable
impress toward building the future of our planet and our species.
And it affects, certainly, not only the physical world.
I want to be with, work with, play with, co-create with others who really 'get it'
that we are eternal beings and we are capable of relationships and
intentions that bring forth and sustain bridges that span eternities! Isn't that a thrilling, haunting, heart-skipping
realization -- to be able to take on and to share with others that kind
of understanding?
We are wakening together to a clarity of
purpose and path and passion that lives in us as ONE. If we choose
to hold this as our sacred trust, the hearth fire of our work together,
enfolded in and unfolding from our conscious inner and outer journey
together, then surely this must contribute profoundly toward
establishing the Spirit of what unfolds in all dimensions! There would
be a fine balance, a breathingness between spontaneity / creativity and
this committed, sustained intention, purposeful Presencing always at the
core of our collective initiative.
We would also find ways to acknowledge and actively promote /
assimilate the awareness that we are joined by the forces of Spirit and
Nature in our work. This is not religious, but fully taken for
granted as the wholeness of Life participating, as One. This
fundamental precept of the collective consciousness we reach together
to embrace, to actively engage collaborative input and support from all dimensions,
does not come from hoping we can or will, but is so attuned inwardly in our
collective purpose and
direction, our very beings know we are integral to a
living, coherent whole greater than the sum of our many parts.
Our singular purpose becomes more of Awakening ever more fully to or within, of
expanding our awareness of Presencing ourselves to That which is
already Present to and within us as one Living Intention, one Living
Action, one Living Be-ing. How we choose to do this will grow out
of our individual and collective "lived
inquiry."
I have never felt this was "mine" even though it certainly is the love of my heart!
It has long been intended to be "ours," we being all who share
in its manifestation. If it does develop as it lives in me, it will ultimately be a collaborative adventure involving many people, many groups, many fructifying ideas and loving hands and hearts from all over the world.
And from beyond this world. I sense we will be amazed again and
again just how clearly, without pretense or conflict or confusion we can
bring our efforts to good effect in the world together through a
genuinely felt consensus that will be unprecedented -- as in the example
given below from Paul Ray and Sherry Anderson.
The Great Experiment will be, how much Presencing, how much
in-the-moment lived, harmonious, creative collaboration can we as The
Whole bring to bear in the process? Like an enormous cloud of
birds flying beautifully together. How can we do this with a
natural balance between excellent initiative and leadership and
collective spirit that honors the intelligent potential and abilities of
each of us? Imagine with me some of the enormous advantages and
ideas I want to see joined toward this purpose:
|
|
The
shared consciousness or 'culture' of the practice of Presencing
in all our great and small, individual and actively
collaborative efforts. This is elaborated more fully
above.
|
|
|
The
cultivation and use of William
Isaacs' Dialogue and the Art of Thinking Together
(whose work is in no small part inspired by the consciousness
and potential of social group interactions interests of
physicist David Bohm)
until it becomes fully incorporated in the consciousness of each
participant and in our new-consensus-based global culture.
|
|
|
The presentiment of our creating together our own
internal interconnected 'internet' or mind/heart, as we Waken
together ever more fully into this Consciousness Shift as a whole
Movement.
|
|
|
The
distinct connective advantages for people all over the world, at
this time, of the internet itself, other available technologies,
and the ease of communications and travel such
as they are -- together with the global atmosphere
of just you-and-me folks wanting to connect with each other,
even in spite of governments and cultures that are not friendly
sometimes. We are truly discovering our humanity
in-common. |
|
|
The
great good will and active participation, passion and compassion
of literally billions of positive and inspired, highly intent,
committed people from all over the world who are fully capable
of creating together a thriving, glowingly healthy, sustainable
world and the healing and wholeness-making of every human being
incarnate.
|
|
|
The
Invisible World of all that is The Good and The True and The
Beautiful -- and this we consciously, collectively recognize,
seek out, and delight in.
|
|
|
A
lived and living metaphor we develop together, such as the
splendor of a huge and harmonious flock of birds flying with
purpose and harmony and joyous confidence in our Great
Experiment and Adventure together. See another example of
this, quoted below, from Paul Ray and Sherry Anderson's Cultural
Creatives book.
|
|
|
Outrageous,
remarkable, powerful, unprecedented co-operation among "The
[all-dimensional] Whole" of us, constantly exceeding all
our best expectations, sourced in our collective Heartmind
that is unfettered by boundaries of any stripe, not just
physical, but cultural, prejudicial, religious, etc.
|
|
|
The
collective cultivation of what Rhea White describes as "a
[natural] moral consciousness and a reverence for all
life"; out of this follows everything else that is
possible. [See Aftereffects.] |
Paul
Ray and Sherry Ruth Anderson's Movement Metaphor [p. 205 in: The
Cultural Creatives: How 50 Million People Are Changing the World]
Imagine a hundred rivers from the North American continent flowing
together into the Atlantic Ocean. Heated by the sun, they
create a new Gulf Stream that reaches all the way to Europe.
The current is almost invisible at the surface, because unlike a
river, it has no clearly visible boundaries. But within
itself, it supports a different kind of life than the wider
ocean.
We believe that something like this is happening now in the life of
our larger culture. Influences of different kinds are
converging and creating a general movement for change.
A
Precedent
One particular, hirstoric
precedent comes to mind -- we could think of it as a collective Presencing
that was very effective. And by the way, if you are familiar with
Rudolf Steiner's work, other examples based on his "social
way" [never been quite sure what to call it!] are well known to
those who have together consciously cultivated this potential. Ray
and Anderson's example is what they describe as "The Battle in
Seattle," the activist event during the famous 1999 World Trade
Organization meeting. I'm going to quote a little of their version
here:
...Dressed as sea turtles and monarch butterflies, death's heads and
victims of violence, fifty thousand activists showed up from around
the world. Ecologists and feminists, Teamsters and steelworkers
in union jackets, witches and nuns, consumer and health advocates,
native people, human rights activists, and people against
multinationals and globalization came prepared to engage in the great
ritual drama -- parading and shouting slogans, linking arms to block
streets and buildings, getting arrested and going limp, and finally
being dragged off to jail. But the police wouldn't play the
forty-year-old game. Unprovoked, they shot pepper spray into the
faces of sitting demonstrators and beat them with clubs, fired tear
gas and rubber bullets into peaceful crowds. Often they didn't
arrest anyone, not even the looters of electronics stores or the
window smashers at Starbucks. Their only task, it seemed, was to
move all those people away so that trade delegates could get to the
meetings of the WTO to negotiate some trade accords.
In five days of protests, with mutual acrimony on all sides, the trade
talks collapsed. Even without the protests, the trade reps from
third world countries might well have staged a walkout to collapse the
talks. In the end, everybody got mad and went home.
[[This is where it gets interesting:]] ... One striking
feature of the demonstrations was that most of the protesters seemed
to know just what to do. They fell into a kind of peaceful order
at the marches and demonstrations, regardless of what movement or
organization they represented or what country they were from.
Except for a few dozen anarchists who managed to provoke violence, the
thousands were following a culture of nonviolent civil disobedience
that had been developed originally by Gandhi. According to
accounts on the Internet, the DAN (Direct Action Network), which
provided infrastructure for the protest, had been working for months
coordinating logistics, housing, nonviolence training, legal backup,
and the opening day "People's convergence" at the WTO.
They also worked with the police in those months, promising that the
protest would be nonviolent.
What
Really Went On .. according to Ray and Anderson:
... the protesters actually did know what they were about, and they
did agree -- if not on what they were for, then on who and what they
were against. Though they represented a wide variety of
specialized interests, they shared common values and a similar view of
the role of megacorporations and globalization.
The demonstrations had a simple, agreed-upon purpose -- to show
everyone the bad points of the WTO accords and disrupt the
process -- but there was no central command structure or headquarters
running things. The coordination among groups was extensive,
including agreements on strategies, logistics, and information, both
before and during the protests. Between the Internet, faxes and
cell phones, much more technology was used than in any previous
demonstrations. When DAN's communication system was shut down by
the authorities, another group immediately bought radiophones and
became the tactical communications squad for the rest of the day.
The ability to maintain control and focus in the face of the police
violence depended, too, on a strong consensus process within hundreds
of small "affinity groups." The groups had trained in
nonviolent tactics together, and they worked closely on their own
particular piece of the demonstration. Overall, the
demonstrations formed a creative self-organizing system that showed a
lot of collective intelligence, and that made it much harder to stop
or disrupt.
At the end of the week, the most far-reaching result of the protest
was the fact that an enormous range of social movements and NGOs came
together and made common cause, based on a shared worldview and
values. [A famous Vietnam activist, Richard Flacks, describes
his take on this to a California news agency:] "This was
historic, cutting edge ... The linking of groups that have rarely been
in coalition before -- like labor and the environmentalists -- is a
real breakthrough in social movements in American history."
Flacks went on to say that the WTO protesters are "nudging the
public to look at the global economy through a new lens" ..
... He's pointing to the growing political convergence worldwide among
groups like those protesting the WTO meetings. It's still early
in the political process, so these political coalitions are still
uneasy. But as we've seen, the cultural arms of these movements
have been growing more similar for a good twenty years [[this book was
published in 2000]]. It's the political convergence that is the
latecomer to the great current of change moving through Western
culture.
I believe this WTO-focused protest group had a not very conscious
awareness of the Presencing they manifested together through their
strong, integrous [unified] intentionality. Nevertheless, what
they accomplished together, and in not-so-conscious collaboration with
the natural and spirit dimensions, was phenomenal. Imagine what
could be done if Presencing and Dialogic processes were cultivated from
the beginning in the sense of what defines and infuses the
intentionality of an entire global grassroots movement.
This premise offers such a unique and potentially magnificent vehicle of
service to and from within The Whole, to be initiated from the
grassroots ground of our collective energies and input.
Wouldn't it be great good cosmic FUN if it actually
succeeded?!
I believe that it can and will.
