The subject of this website, spiritually transformative
experiences, and the type of shift in consciousness they
encourage -- toward living more fully and awarely out of the
reverberations of meaning and purpose they invoke in us -- is
not one to speedread like you would a search-engine page, a
product review or a snappy news brief. You won't get much out of it
that way. Also, you will quickly see, most pages are not
3-paragraph shorties, 20 pages and you're done.
First, these life-leavening events and moments of epiphany are notoriously hard to put into
words, so more time is subsumed in the struggle to convey in
everyday speech that which hirstorically we have rarely
spoken. And those on the receiving end may feel the tug or
desire to listen with their deeper selves if they can manage to
shut out the pressures and unembarrassed relentlessness of the
tic-toc world for a little while.
But more than that, you know what it feels like when you've been
reading a wonderful book and you just don't want it to
end? You read more slowly, thoughtfully and some parts you
may read again and again to savor them or to get more out of
them. You will not find the ultimate "bottom
line" here that says it all.
These are stories and
ideas that reach well below the surface of everyday
living. They invite reflection, pauses, memories that
border into intuitions and half-dreams-and-half-??s, and the
felt chance of fresh personal revelations -- thrilling and
life-renewing. They bring to mind other times and evoke
parts of ourselves most of us hardly ever glimpse -- just the
parts whose presence we miss most in the workaday world.
They bring to mind ancient hungers older than time and sometimes
our own forgotten glimmers of ..
what?
Ahhh-theLight is the Quiet Knock at the
door to invite you, me, all of us to lean into becoming
more aware of that Something More that is the Greatest Mystery -- LIFE writ even larger than all of us together
dare to imagine!
I do not consider myself a writer so much as a person with a
mission. As this becomes more of a lively conversation
with and among others, many of us exploring together, it will
ignite into something of a collective and mutually realized
Adventure! There is a great deal of inner work-play that
can begin to flower. Given the subject matter, the pages
can't help but be longer than what is considered to be 'proper'
or expedient these days. So you can imagine how this can
GROW when there are many of us doing this here simultaneously

So allow yourself to enjoy a mood of exploration, the mood for a
good story or two. Give your Self the space to allow for
the movement into something deeper within, where the Real Gifts
wait so patiently, yet 'impatiently', to find us and grow us
into the MORE that we all are. .. if we but knew!
