Some dreams are or appear to be visits from
loved ones who are no longer incarnate, or even from those who are, such
as a few on this site [e.g., see Mom's
After-'Death' Gift: Painting the Sky with Stars
and A
Healing After-'Death' Visit from My Father].
But occasionally future-seeing visitation dreams occur, or, however you
might qualify them, dreams that are felt to be deeply significant, such
as those that come out of a possible future. A couple of dreams
placed here fit this category.
I know of several people whose lives have been incredibly influenced by
their dream patterns or certain dreams. One thing strong dreamers
tend to do consistently is to write / journalize their dreams.
Remembering them reminds me of turning on a spigot. If you are not
used to recalling them, it may be as if there's just no water coming out
of the spigot, no matter how fully you have it open or on. Then
you may get trickles for a while, but if you stick with it, the flood
gates will eventually open.
A cartoon I saw years ago depicts a man arriving home from work at the
end of the day to find his wife, still in curlers and a bathrobe, at the
kitchen table, busily writing her dreams down from the night
before. She tossed a line at her flabbergasted spouse about being
through shortly. Spigot wide open.
Sleep is a huge factor. Wishing you Great Dreams that
