 The Cosmic Christ

 

Slowly, we are reclaiming, according to some sources [e.g., see below] 

the original story of a Sun Being who chose for the sake of this living planet and its humanity to incarnate on Earth ..

This idea considerably predates the Christ incarnation, such as the Isis-Osiris myth.  And yet, Rudolf Steiner takes pains to describe a distinction between the uniqueness of the Jesus Christ event and the stories, mythic and otherwise, from earlier times.  He says because of what happened at Golgotha, when Christ's blood mingled with the Earth, a singular event took place having to do with this fact in multiple dimensions resulting in the
