Imagining the First Collaborative

Gathering for This

Global Project of Transcendence

The Organizational Side of the Picture

I can imagine going to a place of great comfort and beauty where I meet with a number of different people,  representative of varied interests,  excited about this project from a variety of angles -- because of the work itself, not specifically about a single bottom line, i.e., "how much money it will make."  [Even so, with just a little studied consideration, it's soon obvious how this web has quite a number of very strong channels for financial success.]  That understanding aside [and these are people passionately motivated to ensure a triple bottom line], we soon are immersed in a stimulating conversation about how we may collaborate along the wealth of avenues this vehicle for a new kind of global unity offers.

  •

As a literal consciousness-expanding work of global proportions.

  •

Special provisions for language translation – requiring a whole team in itself.

  •

Education – presentation, context languaging of the fundamental ideas.

  •

The business aspects, including taxes, nonprofit status, money management/accounting, employees, …

  •

The creation of a board and what will be the role and commitment that would mean for each of its members.

The technical side of webmaking and upkeep.

  •

Multimedia expertise, including publishing and necessarily our own publishing arm.

  •

Branding, PR, marketing the concept [one option:  local hospice staff, or people they might suggest; they do a stunning job with this in their  organization].

  •

The out-front business end, which will be substantial, including memberships, sales, protective guardians of all the live interactives [especially those concerning children], revenue processing and accountability.

  •

The many necessities for having our own legal counsel onboard.

  •

The aesthetics and savviness of setting up expansive and very popular venues for online communities – and nurturing each one into its own quite substantial presence.  Example:  The “PDD”/Physical death and dying concerns.  Within that subweb there will be several highly fluctuating populations or communities:  children dealing with grieving; ditto for teens and for adults; legal issues; home funerals and green burials; networking people to other websites/experts, etc., like suicide crisis help and for those who are grieving; the creation / collection / making available of numerous data and forms [e.g., state laws regarding death, essential forms and where to get them, legal procedures sate by state -- OR:  links where to find this kind of reliable information], etc.

Something not up yet is a page devoted to Hospice, which in many cases now also includes palliative care! People may not know there are now for-profit hospices.  I currently work at the original nonprofit hospice in my city and have learned a great deal in the year that I have been there that would doubtless be very helpful, such as dispelling myths about legal and monetary aspects that would otherwise prevent people from utilizing these incredible services.

And similarly for the “LLR” / the Larger Life Reality Portal with all its variegated offerings, looking squarely at the underlying ideas where visitors are first introduced to all-things-EHE.  This subweb will be the educational hub of the multiple sites about the basic ideas and introducing all the subsites, including an extensive library for onsite materials and an exhaustive booklist [think amazon.com] including their and our reviews and the option to write their own commentary [monitored carefully].  It will have a free membership page much like a yahoo homepage that will offer a number of ways to accumulate their favorite pages from the sites [except for areas that are membership based and fall outside their field of choices, such as, someone would or would not have access to pages in the DTCII or ESC membership subwebs, depending on if heshe is a member of either.  If so they would be able to access it from their personal pages.

  •

Editorial and related needs.

  •

Databases, data entry and editing on the front and back ends of the site.

  •

Networking across a rich platting of many different interests, talents, needs, support; across several very large “subwebs”/thematic interests – online and off [offline and online example:  EHE Study Groups].

  •

The organizing of conferences in the many ways that can be done, online and off.

  •

The interpretation and “salability” of what it takes to make this material / these ideas as familiar and magnetic as the terms “near-death experience,” “out-of-body experience” now are to most people.

  •

Basic customer service and question-answering; our email setup; will we offer a phone option and if so under what conditions?

We have by this time talked many times on the phone, or gotten together in smaller numbers, etc., and everyone will be familiar with what is on the two sites.

For everyone who makes the choice to take on the adventure, part of the terms will be they are in agreement with the overall project and its goals in the spirit for and of and by the Experiencers themselves – their own collective Voice, the social-organizational key.  Other “voices” will also be present, including another powerful voice – that of what Rhea herself preferred to call “students” of these Experiencers and their Experiences, rather than “researchers,” which she mapped out in some detail in her background papers.  I would much prefer this second group to be publicly open about their own such experiences, but I would not ask that from anyone.  As to Experiencers’ preferences about whether to attach their names to their EHEs, I will follow Rhea’s take on this, which is, it’s a personal decision, of course.  By “happy,” etc., I do not mean they have to agree with everything.  But if others are inspired to take a significantly different approach, such as to Rhea’s work, to the emphasis on Experiencers, or the idea of the New Story, this is not the right project for them.

We meet for several days to begin to iron out who is committed to this and to be as explicit as possible about what that means for each individual, to really get to know each other in this context; to brainstorm networking for exactly the right fit for everything and how all this will look and feel in the final wash of going public.  We will discuss what’s on the websites, suggestions for improvement or additions or where there are inaccuracies.

We need to make a special point to really look at any possible areas of disagreement or discord and see what we can do with anything of this nature that comes up.

We will also take a deeply studied look at money in all ways.  Where’s the money coming from to initiate and sustain this through thick and thin [I have some ideas I’m excited to look into, for starters].  We will each consider how we will arrange our lives with this “new child” in our midst, with what will become its many care-givers and devoted tribe.  It is a huge undertaking that, if it is the success I envision it as a meta-community / information site, will require no small number of co-adventurers!  What will be our organizational model and how do we set this up?  We need a timeline with which to work and initial capital.

There will probably be regular such gatherings as all this begins to form itself into surely the ultimate path-making journey we can take together – for the sake of the Earth as well as Humanity and, in Rhea’s soaring words, “until we travail no more.”  After all, a world-wide consciousness revolution, based on the many millions of people who have had and have such experiences, as well as those who may not consider themselves to be Experiencers and whom I think of as EHE Empaths, is no small thing!  We are together a movement such as has never been seen on this Earth.  And who knows, this may be a similarly unprecedented development in the ‘discarnate’ realms as well.  Ahhh-TheLight.com and wHeretwoworldsTouch.com comprise what can become one of its primary torch bearers.

Imagine our entire species Waking Up to that MORE that it means to be Human.  What a thought!  I believe Rhea’s own Project of Transcendence, along with many EHEers who point to this phenomenon, each in their own way – from the very ground of their beings and experience -- is THE New [Global] Story.
