I allow myself to retreat from my activities
and preoccupations to be present to my expansive beingness as and within
Spirit and to focus on what I intend to manifest in my life
experience.
|
|
I pause, come to a still point and relax into
peace, becoming aware of the gentle rhythms of breath and
heartbeat. I melt into silence, stillness, the sense of focused
intent a conductor might feel the instant before the baton is lowered to begin a
piece of exhilarating, transcendent music.
|
|
I acknowledge the Seven Directions [including
within].
|
|
I acknowledge the "Four Sacred
Energies":
The momentum of
desire-will
The
co-incarnational web of all life in all
dimensions
The creative energies within self and all
life
The transpersonal spirit of transformation
and grace
|
|
I call back into myself all fragments of my
being [e.g., caused by any history of woundings, by current thoughts, feelings,
distractions, whatever is or has been taking my energy ..].
|
|
I merge back into Infinite
Holy Living Silence .
. Listeninnng with my whole heart and being into the still,
empty, open Sacred Space that now enfolds me, like the dark warm
nurturing soil within which a seedling rests secure and safe.
|
|
I imagine and feel a detached sense of peace in
my Sacred Center.
|
|
I observe and embrace my current reality ..
and call attention to troubled areas.
I send Love and Light and Blessing to these
areas.
I include and embrace all these in my Sacred
Center
and let them go and be just as they are,
accepting them fully, lovingly, unconditionally.
|
|
I attune to miracles and synchronicities by
imagining the energies of the sea of miracles we live in .. the feelings
of Excitement!
Wonder!
Delight!.. and feel lifted up,
buoyant, filled with light and warmth and joy.
|
|
I attune to the
Beloved Oneness that created all life ..
and to the wonder, joy and love of Its
reality in my life.
|
|
I attune to my spiritual allies
in all dimensions and their
energies and gifts
.. all of this with
gratitude!
|
|
Embracing the felt sense of Unity,
I attune to
Source Beingness and bask in its sacred Presence, . .
breathing in the
spirit of blessing and love, peace and grace .. .
. .. breathing
out love, joy and gratitude.
|
|
I engage in blessing the Earth,
being an Angel,
and radiate vibrantly!
|
|
I let the Beloved, most holy Presence of
God/Goddess/All That Is
pour through me and my intent
to bless the Earth
and Humankind,
to grace, bless, love, heal, uplift ...
|
|
I envision the sacred Earth
-- including
Humanity, Nature, Spirit --
as ONE, united . . .
working
co-creatively,
co-operatively,
harmoniously, and
with mutual regard and
benefit
for the highest good.

|
I offer my life and being, my energies
toward
the manifesting of this glorious world!
|
|
I make myself an instrument
through which the
Beloved may give blessing to the Earth.
|
|
Invoking Presence / God / Goddess / All That
Is,
I "boil reality" ...
|
|
I see
the Earth and all of Humanity, Nature, Spirit,
interrelated and melded
into one harmonious whole, . . .
|
|
filling
with this
extraordinary
dancing,
shimmering,
effervescent
glorious ..
Living LLLLLIGHT!

Vibrating
faster and faster -- raising its energy, as
Presence,
the perfect blending of
its
form
pattern
essence
and
unity
filling and inhabiting the entire earth in all its
multidimensional reality ..

I embrace this new reality totally,
become one
with it,
with joy, gratitude, love . .
then release it into its
perfect unfolding
in my life and being, in our shared life and being,
knowing
that this Presence
will
meet all our needs fully and lovingly.

Out of this state of blessing and participation
in the enlightenment of Earth,
I turn again to my own being . . aligning
body
psyche
pattern of outer and inner relationships
my essence
my unity
... in my sacred center.

|
In that appreciation, I invoke the
power,
playfulness,
love and
humor
of my Presence,
radiant with
joy and
beauty,
lovingness,
wisdom
and truth.
|
|
I feel it within me and as
me . .
|
|
I am my
very Presence!
.. a perfect blending of
form--pattern--essence--unity.
|
|
Through attunement and its weaving
itself grace-fully into my world,
the energies of Presence widen and
open the lattice mesh
of the relational web of all life in all
dimensions.
|
|
I
consciously blend with Presence,
and through
this expandedness, expanding the mesh
of the relational web,
and thus a
space is created,
an openness, a potential for something new to emerge,
for reality to shift and miracles to happen,
the spirit of co-creative,
co-incarnational connectedness.
|
|
As Presence, I turn attention to my present
reality and bless it.
|
|
I enter it and inhabit it, here, now, in this
breath.
|
|
My reality begins to
boil,
dance,
shimmer,
vibrate,
incandesce!
|
|
I turn my attention to
the troubled places and
limiting beliefs, etc.
|
|
I see them filling with this extraordinary
dancing LIGHT!
Vibrating faster and faster --
raising its glorious, Living Energy!
As Presence, the perfect blending of

essence -- unity,
filling and inhabiting my life with
magnificent,
